How do you maintain all of these network,
software, and hardware products to keep them at peak

Haney charges a low
hourly rate to service, repair, replace, and upgrade
your network, software, and hardware products.
On-Site Service: Network,
software and computer hardware products require “tune
ups” periodically. Don
Haney offers annual,
semi-annual, and monthly programs to clean up network,
software, and hardware products by either reinstallng
them, updating them, networking them, and insuring
their ongoing optimal performance. Emergency
on-site service calls are also available.
Network and Computer Repair: Computer
products are covered by manufacturer warranties.
However, when these run out, there are sometimes
major and minor parts that will fail and may simply
be replaced and/or upgraded to get you back up and
running. Don Haney will
come to your home and troubleshoot, replace,
and/or upgrade your products in a timely manner.
Software Repair: Working
on the Internet regularly invites many unwanted software
programs into your network and computer products. Don
Haney will troubleshoot
and remove viruses, spyware, and malware
to get you back up and running in a timely manner.
If possible, attemps will be made to retrieve your
data for back up and reinstallation. Sometimes,
the hard drive cannot be repaired. Under these circumstances,
Don Haney will use
the recovery software that you provide to bring the
hard drive back to “factory
default” condition. In addition, upon request,
Don Haney will reload
additional software provided by you to customize
the system for your needs.
Upgrade Products: Today’s
fast networks and computers are too slow for tomorrow’s
software and vice versa. Don
Haney will consult with you,
pick out products, install upgrades to your existing
networks, computers, and software to keep you operating
efficiently for the lowest
cost possible.
